If a product has arrived damaged - or not in the desired quality - it is best to contact us by email; info@shopforbrigadeiros.nl or by telephone +31 6 1316 2633.

Shop for Brigadeiros reserves the right to request images of the problems found. Shop for Brigadeiros does not accept claims for products that are outdated. If the complaint is justified, Shop for Brigadeiros will refund the amount or exchange the product for another product without additional freight costs for the customer.

We use DHL or PostNL for our shipments.

If ordered before 15:00, the package will be sent the next day. The customer is responsible for being available for home delivery.

No orders are shipped on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
